I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how happy I am with the service we have been receiving from DSA. We have a very complicated account to handle with allot of different sku's and have found that unlike their predecessor DSA has no trouble at all keeping track of the product and daily shipments. They are extremely dedicated to making sure every detail is double checked, right from receiving the product to picking the daily shipments and sending them to our customer.

Over the past four years I have been dealing with warehouses across the US and I have yet to come across people willing to go out of their way to accommodate us. They are extremely happy and more than efficient. It is a pleasure to do business with DSA because I never have to worry about the handling and care my customers will receive when dealing with them.

Letter From Pam Eaves

Since moving to Foxboro and using DSA, paperwork has improved so much. We are spending anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours less.

Also, let me state that I realize that a lot of work goes on in the whs. behind the scenes. Please let the guys that unload the trucks, the guys that put the stock up and the guys that pull and reload the trucks know how much we appreciate them. The error ratio has gone way down from the last warehouse we dealt with! That is the real reason that Avery stays happy!!!

And lastly, let me tell you that I took a satisfaction poll from Avery before writing this e-mail. Every single person involved had good things to say about your relationship! They are one of the fairest and most reasonable customers I deal with but likewise when things go wrong. THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW!!!

Anyway, I just wanted you to know that....so far, so good!
I look forward to many wonderful years together.
